All of my salts and hot sauces are made in my home kitchen and in small batches so I can keep them super fresh. They are made with FRESH peppers and herbs from my garden whenever possible. Salts are a labor of love and require up to 7 days to make from start to finish. Certain herbs are limited in availability and not available year round. 

Salt ingredients contain ONLY the pepper or herb listed in the name and salt; ground finely so it sticks to everything (like popcorn!). 

I make my hot sauces without a recipe, so the flavor profile can change from batch to batch. Specifically in heat levels! Since I only make hot sauces from my garden peppers, you just get what you get.. but I promise they are delicious (and spicy!).
