Each Artisan Salt Shaker is filled with 2.5 oz. of HERBACEOUS goodness. All of my salts are made in small batches to keep them super fresh. Basil Salt is made with FRESH basil straight from my garden. My Salts are a labor of love and require up to 7 days to make from start to finish.

There are no preservatives of any type in my salts, nor do they contain any filler ingredients other than the main ingredient and Kosher Salt. Basil salt is infused with Basil, and very finely ground so the salt sticks to just about everything. You can use it to season anything you want, my personal favorite way to use Basil Salt is on garlic knots. I'm allergic to cheese but many of my friends love it on pizza and bruschetta.

As with all seasonings, my salts are freshest if used within 6-12 months.
