My sourdough sandwich loaf is rectangular in shape, similar in texture than my traditional round sourdough. It’s best eaten within 2-4 days, and can be sliced and frozen if you don’t plan to eat it all at once. Keep in a sealed bag to maintain freshness. Toast up a slice out of the freezer when you’re ready for more ☺️ My sourdough contains only organic flour, water, and salt... and inclusions if you’ve selected a flavor… but no other filler ingredients. The loaf is made with 400g flour, and approximately 9”x5”x5”.
