All of my baked goods are made with the highest quality ingredients including organic and unbleached wheat and whole wheat flours, organic corn flour, kosher sea salt, high alkaline and mineralized reverse osmosis water, and Kerry Gold Irish Butter. Nuts and seeds are always organic as well. 

My kitchen is not certified organic, but I do use organic ingredients as my standard. Some ingredients may not be available as organic from time to time, so I make conventional substitutions if needed. 

I can bake some items dairy free, gluten free, or vegan upon request. Please text me with request details at 512-560-9811.
